Saline Removal is an extremely safe and effective method of Tattoo or Permanent Makeup Removal. Introducing a high concentration of saline to the dermis where the pigment is, creates the process of Osmosis. Water in the cells beneath the pigment contains lower amounts of salt and water which will rise to the area containing higher concentrations of salt. Equalization forces the pigment from the dermal layer up to the epidermis by osmotic pressure. The pigment then becomes trapped in the scab and when the scabs fall off some of the pigment goes with it.
Like any other method, it can take 1-8 sessions to achieve your goals. Saline removal is much more cost-effective and less of a risk than laser or any other method. A consultation is a must to determine if this is an option for you.

It is important to the process and integrity of the skin that 6–8 full weeks of healing take place before another lightening session can be done. No exceptions.
Lightening and/or removing unwanted pigment is a long process and patience is required. This is true whether you are choosing a lightening product service or laser. Please be patient and give the process a fair chance to work. Expect visible and wanted results in 2 to 5 sessions.
